Chrome Sync Wrench Menu UI

The email address and the spacing greatly widen the wrench menu
(Chrome Sync activated). I suggest either (1) removing this
information from the wrench menu (email is already shown on NTP,
settings, and multiple profiles), (2) using ellipses to hide long
email address, or (3) displaying the person's name instead of email
(as in Gmail).

Also, the "Signed in as" could be removed from "Signed in as
xxxx...@gmail.com..."
