Building Chromium: Getting "NameError: name 'is_android' is not defined" on running gclient runhooks!!

Hi,

Today I updated the trunk and after that am getting the following error on running the gclient runhooks --force command.

NameError: name 'is_android' is not defined

This error is thrown while parsing the following grd file

browser/browser_resources.grd

So how to fix this error?

It sounds like your copy of src/tools/grit is out of date. When you say "updated the trunk", did you run gclient sync?

Yes, looks like there were some incomplete updates. Started running "gclient update" and seems like the error is now gone.
