You would think we could understand what the issue is from your extremely brief message. However, we really cannot.
Please, elaborate -
Where are you experiencing this, how, what are you using to get this issue, what is the issue exactly and how and where it affects you?

Sorry...should have spent more time explaining.

I use Chrome to teach with DesireToLearn (Like Blackboard or
FirstClass). I download the student assignments by checking off the
ones I want, DesireToLearn then creates a zip file, and when I click
the zip file I get that message about duplicate headers from the
server. . I can download OK in IE and Firefox but would like to
remain with chrome.

Cheers
Jack

Right, that is better, but a log of the request and response could be much more helpful.
You can use Fiddler2 to get this log, or the Developer Tools of Chrome, maybe.

The log does not show any "duplicate headers" text (is the text placed within an image, maybe? or maybe within an external dialog box ("alert")?).
Maybe I was not clear enough.
Can you reproduce the situation while running Fiddler2 and send the log?
It seems like this is what you did, but since I cannot see any "duplicate headers" text, I am asking again.

I suggest reproducing the failing situation with Chrome and then reproducing the working situation with Internet Explorer.
That might help me to better understand the situation.

Also, I did not see any actual duplicate header.
And I see that the ZIP file is actually being downloaded - however, the download is quickly aborted for some reason (by you?).

This reminds me of something that appears to be a recent change in
Chrome.
When a file has a Content-Type header that should cause it to be
downloaded (for example, application.octet-stream), recent versions of
Chrome will not download it.
Instead, they exhibit the above behavior (where the download just
shows up in the Network tab in the Inspector as Canceled).
The fix is to also set the "Content-Disposition: attachment" header,
which brings back the old behavior.

Could this be the real issue for why the download in the original post
does not work?
