Tabs won't close first time

Hi 

I am using 12.0.725.0 and it seems like closing tabs are acting very flaky. Sometimes I need to click on "x" twice, sometimes I click on "x" and page becomes completely white but the tab is still there. 

I couldn't find a similar bug on crbug, does anybody know?

Thanks for pointing this out. I filed a new issue at crbug.com/78636 

This may have been a regression from crrev.com/80065 
Please post your *entire* build revision from about:version if encounter this.
Repros on 12.0.721.0 (Developer Build 80069)
No repro on 12.0.721.0 (Developer Build 80048)
