android_clang_dbg trybot broken for a while?

Is this a known issue? Some of my last tries failed in this trybot.

"The clang build error (unresolved external during linking) is caused by a WebKit bug that was rolled in last night. The fix will be in WebKit soon (https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=102108) and hopefully it will be rolled in Chromium tomorrow.

Some insight from the infra side: This bot does not close the tree
because the associated trybot (android_clang_dbg) is not yet on CQ.
ETA is around end of week. In the meantime, feel free send tryjobs to
android_clang_dbg if you're making a change that might affect clang.
