PGO Chromium build on Windows

Hi all --

Perhaps I'm missing something obvious, but are there settings for
profile guided optimization (PGO) build targets (instrument and
optimize) on Windows in the .gyp files? I've seen list traffic
referring to PGO builds, but couldn't find references in the
Chromium .gyp files.

Has anyone done/experimented with a PGO Chromium build? Or is this
just a Chrome browser specific thing?

No one has been able to get chrome.dll to link with PGO instrumentation in less than infinite time. 

People have talked about it and some have died trying, but it has yet to be done.
