Build error chromium

When i try building chromium project using VS 2010 i am getting this
error message any idea of what might be the problem !!
error MSB6006: "cmd.exe" exited with code 255. C:\Program Files
\MSBuild \Microsoft.Cpp\v4.0\Microsoft.CppCommon.targets 151 6
webcore_bindings_sources
I have installed Windows SDK tool kit !!
and also june 2010 directx Sdk
