1. Click an extension app's icon on the extension bar

What is the expected result?
The popup menu displays below the extension icon

What happens instead?
The popup menu opened on top left corner

I'm also affected by a similar issue, some extensions, namely google voice
one, is rendered out(above) of screen in (k)Ubuntu 12.04

Here's another screenshot of the issue. This affects all of my extensions,
including YAGBE, Google Voice, Any.Do, etc.

For reference, I am using Chrome 21.0.1155.2 dev under Arch Linux.

Same Problem. I noticed this happens with the Tab Menu extension, but not
with LastPass. I have a dual monitor and it always shows up in the upper
left of the primary monitor.

I'm making this bug report more specific.

Extension bubble is opened at (0, 0) coordinate of window. For me behaviour
is same as #4.

Also attaching screenshot of non-maximized window and about:version output.

Also Priority should be raised, as issue #128585 which reports a lot milder
issue on Mac is Pri-1.

expected).

This bug seems to be fixed, tested in Build 141067
The popup menu now works well
