Behavior in Chrome for Windows: not tested

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. go to NTP
2. take a look at the separator between 'Recently Closed' and the 'Web
Store'
3.

What is the expected result?
The separator is placed too high.

What happens instead?
The separator should be lower and centered.

Verified as fixed in Chrome 21.0.1168.0 (Official Build 141181) canary on
Mac OS 10.6.8.
