New issue 79918 by the...@chromium.org: Cannot open link to
chrome://plugins from chrome://print
http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=79918

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. On ToT (r82138+), with a Google Chrome build, enable print preview
2. Make sure the PDF plugin does not exist / is disabled
3. Try to print preview a page, get an error saying the plugin needs to be
enabled in chrome://plugins, click that link.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

chrome://plugins should open up in a new tab.

Instead, I get a new tab that's blank. On the console, I see:

Uncaught TypeError: Object #<Object> has no method 'send'", source:
chrome://plugins/

If I instead right click the link and open it, it works.

I tested on Linux, but this is probably cross platform.

Ignore that, it's not http://crrev.com/118100.

Adding Charlie, who might know more about the WebUI bindings.

I don't see how you can get that message with Chromium. This bug is
obsolete.

- If you are running a development build, it should say "Chromium does not
include the PDF viewer which is required for Print Preview to function."
- If you have the plugin disabled in about:plugins, that should not affect
print preview. We decided the policies in about:plugins does not apply to
internal WebUI pages.

It's the message in the javascript console.
All plugins are functionnal.
