It happens to me as well. Pinching to zoom on Hebrew sites is causing half
of the page to disappear.
It makes Google Chrome virtually useless to the entire Israeli community.

I see this too using galaxy s 2
but in addition when i pinch some more the site turns black.
Posted that as issue 124200

I reported this as 'feedback' before but could not find any co-related
issue tracker. It looks like horizontal scrollbar (context left-overflow)
for RTL page is not implemented (related webkit bug
https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=23556).
