I think the underlying problem is same with crbug.com/126217. In
ShutdownOnDBusThreadAndBlock(), Chrome issues some synchronous d-bus method
calls, but Chrome is unable to do it properly, hence hangs, and killed by
session manager by SIGKILL.

crbug.com/126217 has been fixed. assuming the underlying issue is the same,
closing this bug. FWIW, per crash reports, the last instance of the crash
came from 21.0.1150.0, and we don't see the crash since then (we are now at
21.0.1165.)

This crash is not seen after 20.0.1132.25. Checked on the server.
