What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Obtain Chrome offline installer from
http://www.google.com/chrome/eula.html?standalone=1
2. Install Chrome
3. Visit chrome:gpu

What is the expected result?
WebGL should be "Available"

What happens instead?
WebGL is "Unavailable"

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.

UserAgentString: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 5.1) AppleWebKit/536.5 (KHTML,
like Gecko) Chrome/19.0.1084.52 Safari/536.5

Canvas: Software only. Hardware acceleration disabled.
Compositing: Software only, hardware acceleration unavailable
3D CSS: Unavailable. Hardware acceleration unavailable
CSS Animation: Software only, hardware acceleration unavailable
WebGL: Unavailable. Hardware acceleration unavailable
WebGL multisampling: Unavailable. Hardware acceleration unavailable

Problems Detected
Accelerated 2D canvas is unavailable: either disabled at the command line
or not supported by the current system.
Intel drivers older than 14.42.7.5294 on Windows XP are assumed to be
buggy.: 74212
