I have noticed this on recent canaries on OSX 10.6.8 Seems to have
regressed some time in the past week or two.

I have a feeling its GPU related, but I can't seem to get a strong
correlation between accelerated composited pages and reproducing this
problem. Poster circle seems to have reproduced the bug more likely than
other pages.
