Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue:
Firefox 3.x: OK
IE 7/8: OK

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. View any animated GIF picture.


What is the expected result?
To see a GIF animation in normal speed.

What happens instead?
You see a GIF animation in faster speed than the other web browsers.
Although i don't know which one is the real speed.

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.

Do you have an example gif?

Playback speed should match Firefox these days. Previously it matched IE.

Oh, I see now that it actually matches Firefox, I'm sorry I didn't notice it
earlier.

Good to hear it's working as intended. I believe Opera also matches, and
Safari uses Webkit like Chrome. It's possible that Webkit will switch back
to IE's timing at some point, but I hope not.
