@sivagami, I'm not able to repro this issue by opening tips and tricks app
from applist.
I'm on: Version 21.0.1180.55 beta

When I open the app from the applist, I see the correct favicon in the
launcher bar. Can you confirm if this is still an issue?

Brandon (txmg64@) is looking into this bug today to see if it an issue on
the app side. Nikita, added you to the bug in case this is a CrOS issue.
