Just filing this so I don't forget to fix it at some point: It looks like  
we're not resizing the background correctly when we don't get the root  
window size that we initially ask fored.  Whenever I run an ash build on  
Linux using ion3 as my window manager, ion3 maximizes the window but the  
background isn't stretched within it.

Low-priority since it only affects people like me who are using weird  
window managers.

I just noticed that right clicks in the non-wallpapered part of the window  
don't open the context menu, and that the cursor gets stuck as  
horizontal-resize if I move it out the right side of the browser window.

That's because there is no target window (thus no context menu), and  
without target window, event filters don't get fired (no cursor update).
  (I experienced similar issue while working on multi desktop)

I don't think I've seen this in a long time.  I'll reopen this bug if it  
shows up again.
