Google Chrome 21.0.1166.1 (Official Build 140874) canary
Platform 2411.0.0 (Official Build) canary-channel lumpy

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Right click to display context menu
2. Hover over an option
3. Note that hover does not immediately display/render
4. As a result, sometimes scrolling between the menu options can result in
multiple selections of context menu options (see screenshot)

After latest canary I'm no longer seeing this-- I'm going to wontfix. If
this happens again, I'll reopen.
