To be even more pedantic, instead of "has stopped updating" it should
probably say something like "will not update passed version [CURRENT MAJOR
VERSION #]", since users will continue to get updates of m26; updates will
only stop for sure once m27 goes to stable.

True, although once we ship M27 Stable in a few months, the message will be
accurate forever, and I kind of like the stronger language. (We also don't
really want users to think about version numbers)
