OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2)
Other browsers tested:
Firefox 13:OK
IE 9:OK

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Just load attached page

What is the expected result?

arrow to have sides of the same size

What happens instead?

right side is smaller

Repro'ed in 22.0.1193.0 on Mac. If accelerated 2D canvas is disabled, this
goes away (and both side are the same length). Perhaps something to do
with Ganesh line rasterization/AA.

I've got a repro in standalone Skia. It does appear to be an issue with
hairline rasterization in the gpu backend.

This should be fixed by Skia r11365 ("Fix" for hairline corner bugs -
https://codereview.chromium.org/23708036/) which rolled into Chromium at
224374 on 9/20/13.
