I can repro the issue from #2 on tablets (M27/M28/M29).
Yet unable to repro the issue on handsets.

We had a small server side glitch - which should have been addressed.

Can folks who were reporting this issue or seeing this happen check to see
if it seems to have been resolved?

Verified issue with M27 (27.0.1453.90) and M28(28.0.1500.21) on tablets.
Don't see the issue on Handsets either.
