Version 29.0.1517.3 canary
OS: Mac OSX

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Show Notification
2. Open Notification Center

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The label for notification center says "Notifications", but no mention of
Chrome.

On Windows, the hovertext says "Chrome - Notifications" or some such, but
since we don't have that we'll need to put it somewhere else.
