Selling to Ukraine

Hi,

We had a customer who tried to buy our Chrome App (http://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/ldjhnilbgipkdpgpdpadfenmoighdebo) and got this message. https://www.box.com/shared/static/990229e4ba4e880948f6.png

He has told us via our support section that he is from Ukraine.

Is there a reason why he cannot buy the app?

I don't think Ukraine is a supported country:

Ukraine isn't even listed in the upcoming list of regions.

"If you're in one of the following regions, you can sell apps using Chrome Web Store Payments". Here the situation is different: customer is from Ukraine, not seller.

Right below that it says "You can sell to buyers in any of the above regions. ...  Buyers in unsupported regions might be able to purchase apps, but they can't pay in their local currency and might have to pay international transaction fees."

However, I think Chris responded directly to me with this URL:

which lists Ukraine as recently added (in June). So, I'm not really sure :P Probably an issue with the Chrome Web Store or an extension that's interfering with the Chrome Web Store.

Hmm, yeah so maybe it's the user.

I'll try using a Ukraine proxy to see whether I can buy it. Otherwise, I guess it just didnt roll out
