I'd like to upload same manifest version app

I'd like to upload same manifest version app.
I think, Unpublished app should be able to upload the same version.

For example.
Upload an app, manifest version is 1.0
Modify the app and re-upload the app version 2.0.
But I had a mistake. I wrote manifest version 22.0!

The app have not published yet. I'd like to re-upload 2.0 version.

Can you simply change it to "2.0" and reupload it again?

Just to confirm, if you have not published your app, have you clicked discard draft in the edit page?
