question about spam in the chrome web store???

Hi People I have a question ... In the game I developed .. in the
tabs Reviews (user reviews) I found 2 negative spam comments.
I think it's the same person who probably wrote both of them. how can
I permanently delete that comment, which I think it is definitely a
spam ...
There is a question: was this review helpful?
There are two possible answers: YES or NO.
When I log in as a developer and I click the NO option it appears as a
positive comment. So my conclusion is that whether I click YES or No
the answer to the question will always appear as positive.
When I click the SPAM OPTION the comment disappears altogether.
Therefore, I thought that it was completely eliminated.
When any user logs in he can still see the spam comment which I had
deleted.
How can I solve this?

You can't, the reviews albeit negative will be there until they're
replaced with natural positive reviews. Marking as spam, if done by
enough unique people may do something but it's best to just keep
improving your game and asking your players to support by reviewing
you.

What I really see is that the positive comments are very suspicious,
it seems that most are false, is very striking. Note that if you are
doing this practice, Google could cancell and delete your account
permanently since this practice is criminalized in Web Store policies.

Take a look:

4.4 Prohibited Actions.
4.4.1 You agree that you will not engage in any activity with the Web
Store, including the development or publication of Products or other
materials, that violates the Google Chrome Web Store Program Policies,
or that:
knowingly violates a third party’s terms of service,
violates any applicable laws or regulations,
interferes with, disrupts, damages, harms, or accesses in an
unauthorized manner the machines, hardware, devices, servers,
networks, data, or other properties or services of any third party
including, but not limited to, Google Chrome users, Google or any
network operator, or
creates a spammy user experience, whether by posting repetitive
content or misleading information about an application’s purpose,
infringes on the intellectual property rights of others,
enables the unauthorized download of streaming content or media,
displays (via text, images, video, or other media) or links to:
illegal content,
invasions of personal privacy or violations of the right of publicity,
content that interferes with the functioning of any servers, networks,
or services of other parties,
promotions of hate or incitement of violence,
violations of intellectual property rights, including patent,
copyright, trademark, trade secret, or other proprietary right of any

The game you are referring is named Falling Sand which is published in
the Google Web Store at: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/pggaepdghiamdelgbgolfggheakmdgon

One can see that it has about 90 comments, almost all giving 5 stars
saying few words of seemingly false accounts.

Also I could see that you are doing changes in original messages to
remove the evidence but you can not change those posts of other people
mentioning yours...
