Chrome Web Store App; private listing

Is there any way to make a Web Store hosted "App" available only to
certain users or a domain? We use Google Apps and I would like to
restrict "install" ability/visibility of that "App" to members of a
domain.

You can "publish to test accounts" and anyone in the Google Group you specific can view/install the app.
