Here we go again - User Counts Frozen since 3/27 Update

User counts have not updated since 3/27.
I think I am going to craft a formal letter to the Google team to see
what their quality goals are here.
I have about 3000 unique people who are interested in daily reports of
CWS activity. If they're quality goal is - updates happen when they
happen, then I'll have to change my plans.
For the life of me, I don't know how paid apps people appreciate not
having their sales updated.
Anyone else have thoughts on this topic?
