Subject: Can't access account--- employee left our start-up and we don't have login information
To contact google regarding a checkout account it says "We can only respond to users whose email is attached to this account".
Unfortunately, the user who was attached to the account is no longer with our company and is not reachable.
What do we do to cancel the application which we no longer support? Thank you for any advice! -Brad

Hey Brad,
You can use the form at http://support.google.com/chrome_webstore/bin/request.py?contact_type... to transfer the existing application to an account that you have control over and then remove it that way.
thanks, PEte

Hi Pete,
Really appreciate your help. Unfortunately in the support form a required fields is the "Original author email (for verification)" and I have no idea which address our former employee used. It was more than likely a personal address and not a kwaga.com address.
How should we proceed without knowing the original author email?
Thanks, Brad
